Luna Unit frames predicting heal issue/question

Hello. I got BonusScanner 2 and LUF, I have activated predicting heal and it works fine when I target someone and cast a heal. But usually I use ClickCasting through the Luna config mode, when I cast a heal with ClickCasting it doesn't show predicting heal to me or anybody in raid. Is there anyway of fixing that?
