Can someone explain if this talent is actually working or not? I have two ranks (2/2) in this and the talent says:
My cast time for a demon is still 10sec even with this talent maxed and it eats the full 548 mana on level 27.
Only thing that seems to have effect in cast time is Fel Domination and that does what it says, recude cast time with 5,5 sec and mana cost 50%.
