My brother and me banned?

Hey. Me and my brother play on Kronos 1 from two PC's and a laptop under the same router internet ( same IP I assume ) and both our accounts got banned out of nowhere. Where can we write to ask if we got unjustly banned and appeal? We didn't do anything, I played on a Cataclysm server and the next day - banned.. Thank you.

You cant appeal nothing here, i got banned without a reason too, they accused me of wasting their time after all. They are dictators here, they will probably tell you that they dont force you to play here and that you can go play elsewhere.
