The chat channels have turned to pure trash, if resources permit there should be a mod on it 24/7. If anything, to at least get rid of the macros beings spammed and the goldsellers.

N0stalrius people have a big experience in this. Maybe you can ask what can be done.

Fixing GuildRecruitment Channel will reduce macro spam:

Try making sure /LookingForGroup channel becomes automatically joined for everyone when creating character. Because thats how it was the entire vanilla time, it became as it is now with patch 1.12.0 or 1.12.1 cant remember
