Problem Need help unstuck character

I'm sorry if I post this in wrong subforum. And sorry for my English, it's not my native.
When doing quest near the edge of map, I got chased by so many mob and fall out of the map, my corpse is at the middle of the mountain so I cant resurrect. Now I'm stuck at the bottom. I tried character unstuck on account manager page, but it doesn't work. So I'm posting here and hope some GM can help me. Thank so much.

Try the unstuck feature again, then submit an ingame ticket and/or write in Discord, forum is unlikely to help you.
