Question new to kronos project, question about connecting

I just switched over from Lights Hope to the Kronos project in anticipation of k3, and had no trouble editing the WTF file and realmlist, however in my realm list I only see the PTR realm and Kronos. Where is Kronos II, is it supposed to be available as a third realm on the list, or is there a different means of connecting? Any clarification appreciated
