Hunter Newbie help please!

Hi guys. im new to the K3 server and rolled hunter. I just got my pet and i cant teach it growl and there is no ability to feed the pet. They arent available to train either. Also my pet disappears randomly and call pet doesn't work. is there some bug or setting that i don't know about? thanks

I just leveled my hunter to 10 yesterday, and I'm encountering the same problem. After completing the pet taming quest I only learned Tame Beast, Call Pet and Dismiss Pet. I have no way of training or feeding it. :(

Edit:
Have now learned I needed to go to another hunter trainer to receive the ability to feed and train the pet. So not completely done with the hunter quest line.
