Hunter Pet run/attack speed

I remember pet run and attack speed got "normalized" sometime either in late vanilla or early TBC if I remember correct. Is that amplified on the Kronos servers? I'm thinking on starting up, and if I can play as I did as I did in vanilla I want to play as a hunter, but if it's already nerfed I rather find another class to play.
