Please create an "OffTopic" global channel and moderate the "world" channel.

This server is awesome, but by far the worst thing about it is having to wade through all the trolls, spammers, and *****ic arguments constantly happening in "world" chat in order to find a dungeon, sell things, etc. It would make much more sense to quarantine all that into a special offtopic channel and enforce that the World channel is for in-game purposes only such as:

-Finding groups
-Quest help
-Selling stuff
-World pvp announcements
-Other in-game content discussion

People trolling/spamming/arguing about stupid stuff in the world channel should receive chat bans from that channel, similar to accounts that don't have a level 15 char yet.

This would improve the quality of the experience tremendously and I really hope it happens. Thanks!

It would be too much work for the GM's (keep in mind that this is a voluntary job). Besides, quite a lot of people do use LookingForGroup and Trade channels.

Using those channels is 99% useless since they are completely empty. General is only used for finding quest help in a certain zone.

Consider making a small step forward and use respective channels and world channel at same time when spamming trade offers, guild recruit messages (this channel is still broken), LFG requests.

if the server greeting when you log in told everyone to use /world and /trade, right off the bat everyone would start using those. that would reduce some spammyness in world.
