Other Professions at 60 or while leveling? (your opinions)

As title says professions at 60 or while leveling?

I personally like to do them in bursts IE: once I hit 20 I do a bunch, then at 30 and so on...

How about you guys?

I like to level professions, it's fun for me to try to minimize the expenses on lowlvls, to craft some a-bit-useful things... So I always do it while lvling. Usually it's rather bursty indeed, hard to stop

I always like to level professions for the sake of variety and having a reason to farm a bit when I am not in the mood for group play. With my main I took 2 gathering professions, mining and herbalism. I stored the mats I'd need to get both engineering and alchemy to 300 later on and sold the rest for some coin while I was leveling.

Depends on your play style. If you're the slow-enjoy-all-player, do professions while leveling, otherwise do it at 60.
