Pvp ranking

I was about an inch from rank 7 (Blood Guard) and I had farmed about 19k honor and when the server made it's weekly update I apparently lost honor and went back to being halfway through rank 6 despite almost being rank 7, why did this happen and can I get a proper update?

So you're saying that I need a base minimum of 25k honor just so that I can hit rank 7 when I was so close that I could almost touch it? rightio.
