Schedule
Not much can be said about the schedule for now. It will probably be during late nights (EST).
Dynamics
We will designate a raid leader and such roles eventually, but it means nothing.
Groups need leaders as much as leaders need their groups.
What I'm trying to say is that a normal member has the right to speak and explains his point of view on any situation as much as any officer if he believes it's for the greater good of the group.
Loot System
We're not going to work with the traditional DKP system here.
Everyone is equal, our progression is made as a group.
We're going to work with a simple priority system instead.
If you haven't received any piece yet, then you're in priority over anyone who already got one.
Simple and most of all fair with everyone.

Objectives
Our primary objective is to create a community where communication is facilitated by a common language, french. Wherever you're from as long as you speak french you're welcome to join us. We Will end up recruting english people in the end, we just want to reunite french first. Thanks for your understanding!
Our second objective is to raid as any normal guild.
We'll reach all end content, maybe not at the speed of light but at our pace.
