Queue times at max level/new levelling pvp population?

Hey all I'm new to Kronos, so with the recent influx on nostalrius players what I'm about to ask could possibly be hard to determine. But what are the queue times like for each faction?

Also if any new nostalrius face would be kind to inform me if there has been a large intake of pvp rankers on either side. Or even just a larger imbalance of new migrants would be great

On Horde queues are often instant atm, though this is a recent phenomenon as the amount of Alliance pvpers increased. Nobody knows what the situation will be as soon as the recent wave of refugees hits 60.
