Can you please tone it down a bit or just turn it off?

I dont mind the rain but its just to much and to long....

Example: Elwynn Forest was designed to be a happy, cheerful area but now most of the time when you are there its a sad, depressive zone cause of the rain...

Same with WPL. Its already a kinda dark zone, which is fine and i like it a lot.
But with the rain added it turns into a depressing mess and gets just to dark...

Imo it really puts ppl off playing, especially in the starting zones (ppl will just get depressed).

Just make it rain 10% of the time for a really short time and then its fine.

Got it even lower, thats not the point. Its still raining and dark. It isnt blizzlike.
