REQUEST: Blackframe fix

How you may have immagined this addon makes wow default UI black(Player,Target,Party, Minimap frames etc.), or it should. The target of target frame doesnt get affected by it as shown in the screenshot below, i digged into the .lua file but without success. I also tested if it's server side but it's not.

this is what's in the .lua im sure some of you with your trained eyes and expert coding abilities will probably solve the issue.
