This is the list that was ongoing by users on Nost, it's updated with gear up to the 4 dragons release, but not AQ. It's also based on their current patch gear values - Kronos just uses 1.12 gear values. I like his 15 vs 2 min lists though, it's a nice approach to understanding the stat values.

A nost user "Tig" also made a 5 minute list for those 1.8 values that I liked to refer to

But yeah...these lists completely neglect some items added in 1.11, the sticky thread germiona just linked is a good pre raid bis list.
(particularly pre raid staff, wand, shoulders, ring, and feet are items added after 1.8)
