Since alot of people have been farming for the AQ opening quest, I'd like to use this thread to clarify and discuss some stuff concerning the completion of the quest chain during the AQ 10 h event, so we don't need to annoy GM's in IRC.

'Black Qiraji Resonating Crystal' should be obtainable to everyone who completes the quest 'Bang a Gong!' during the 10 h AQ event.

"1. Immediately upon the completion of the third and final fork of the chain, Anachronos offers The Might of Kalimdor where he informs players that they must now wait until the rest of the server finishes the War Effort collection quest.

2. Five days after the collection quest is complete, Bang a Gong! is offered. Completing this quest by ringing The Scarab Gong will start the 10 Hour War server event.

3. Once the 10 Hour War is complete, Jonathan the Revelator offers Treasure of the Timeless One, finishing the quest chain.

Should other players possess the scepter, they may also receive the mount if they activate the gong up to 10 hours after the opening."

Quest 'The Nightmare Manifests' is still broken and can't be completed without the assistence of a GM.

Since you can still do the whole AQ quest chain in order to get every item (except for the title and the mount) even after the opening of AQ, this needs to be fixed.

At the moment you can already receive the weapons. Should only be possible after the completion of the 10 h AQ event.
But since the event is right around the corner anyway, I guess the bug report is obsolete anyway.

All those issues on twinhead regarding AQ mobs/spells/bosses marked still as "new" are really worrying. Can't you just fix them before releasing the dungeon, please.

Honestly I would rather that they delay the release of AQ than running into a bugged raid instance.

Off-topic: AQ not open yet and some people are already complainig. Internet, why you do this to me?!

Don't know how you fixed the mechanics of the AQ mount (guess same as every 100 % mount), but remember that the mount should also be usable in AQ40 unlike other epic mounts.

Yes, but if its bugged (lots of server got it), you can use it indoor, even in WSG.
And when we mention that you can get it only if you do chain Q that includes killing nefarian (lol i dont have even preQ for it) within 10hours of event, you must understand, how much ^^ people will have it.
So if is bugged, some players will have really bad advantage at battlegrounds. :w00t:

kronos team is doing an amazing job on the server!

one thing that was very sketchy tho: when i asked a few months ago how they will handle the mount/scarab lord/gong i got told "we got no answer at this moment in time" - and that was when war effort was running for a good month and ppl grinding/finished their questchains allready ;)

Most likely they have the answer now, but not we - at least, no official post neither here nor there. I mean, I think most of the players would be absolutely ok with an opening few days delay, be it for the last bugfixes or just for Sunday to come. Let's just wait for an announcement, but I personally think that the information about how long does it take to "move" the supplies to Silithus is a bit outdated :) It's not the case when they have to follow the pure Blizzlikeness.
