Druid Should Gift of Nature enhace +heal from gear?

If u take 5 point Gift of nature (+10% to all Heals), should/will it also enhance the +healing from your Gear?

Currently it isn't (unless my calc are way off):
Rank 4 HT: heals 363-446
downranking penalty: 3/3.5
my current +heal = 358

Low end heal = 363 * 110% + 0.857 * 358 = 706 heal and that is indeed the lowest heal I can do after some minutes online testing.

But aint it suppose to be = (363 + 0.857 * 358) * 110% = 736 ?

For calculation purposes, this talent increases the healing of each spell after spell power is applied.

no 1.12.1 source though

Afaik modifieres are ALWAYS applied after all bonus damage/healing.
thus 736 would be correct

Rules for applying bonus damage/healing
1) Damage benefits are applied before any talents or buffs.
2) Healing benefits are applied after any talents of buffs.
3) Bonus Healing does not apply to bandages, potions.

That would make these talents really shit. Later patches from that wowwiki page say the same though.
Try TheoryCraft and see what the addon says. Otherwise, bad luck healers.

These +% talents on healing spells are indeed pretty bad, that is why I don't use them in a pvp healing build. Still the best option in pve tho.
