Druid shows energy timer? / key map suggestions

Hi I saw people talking about needing a energy timer add on so you can better time stuff in cat form. Does druidbar do this?
Also I have been kinda indecisive with my key map for form shifting. Right now using shift+4 for cat and shift +3 for bear.

Hello. Dunno, i've used EnergyWatch on rogue.
And i'm using bongos feature to automaticaly switch action bars.

I also used energywatch as a rogue, but couldn't get it to work on a druid. However, luna frames has a really nice built in regen ticker that will not only show energy gains but also show the time until you start actively regenerating mana or until rage starts ticking away and works with druid forms as well. Very useful for every class.
