Is anyone trying to use these addons for timing hunter's auto shot?

Neither of these addons are working as intended for me and I've talked to a couple of other hunters. A few have mentioned that it's not functioning properly for them either.

Before I file a bug report, it would be nice to know if it's client or server side.
