your tank's gear
how retarded your group is
but if you have some lv 60 healing blues you should be alright, with pre raid bis it shouldnt be a problem at all
ofc it might be a bit challenging regardless on some pulls, so maybe bring some mana pots if u don't wanna respec
also, this server's repsec cost is capped at 5g
