Spell power scaling.

Vanilla scaled such items the same as instant cast spells, and Blizz didnt allow these types of items to be created over again after TBC. Thoughts?

Hm. I must say it makes no sense that this items scale with spell dmg. Example https://vanilla-twinhead.twinstar.cz/?item=12632 must already self upgrade his own +3 lightning dmg with the +21 nature dmg. Let us say it would even scale with 10% then this hand self would incrase it so much that each hit will do 2more, means 5 lightning dmg then.
There exist even one more hand Slot item https://vanilla-twinhead.twinstar.cz/?item=12631 so it would mean it exist 4 items for this rule.
Let me say it like this it is strange cause players tested really many stuff back like i drink a spelldmg Flask and use https://vanilla-twinhead.twinstar.cz/?item=19852 . Why should nobody checked that with this 4 items? Ok kazzak https://vanilla-twinhead.twinstar.cz/?item=17111neck can be really hard to be farmed(cause of worldboss) but zg https://vanilla-twinhead.twinstar.cz/?item=19968 sword is just a question of time and i must say that looks to strange that none pala (cause most of warrior has Mandokir tank sword) has note that it scale with spelldmg.

Here in bugtracker it is already in discuss https://vanilla-twinhead.twinstar.cz/?issue=3192.
But i must say that is to less informations to make a huge change. We Need here a real big post/thread about that or maybe you know a video in action back 2005/6 that would be enough proof i think.

Gandam posted a rule of thumb. An item with a procc chance of 1ppm will scale. If this really applies you should see higher crusader procs on pallies.
