I retrieved the quest and then headed to Stormwind to talk to Squire Rowe, but he does not appear at Stormwind Gates, abandonned the quest came back no difference the NPC is not there. Any hint ?
Squire Rowe is not there confirmed. I put in a ticket and the response was that Squire Rowe was "captured" by Horde, and that this isn't a bug. What that actually means is beyond me. No one can complete Onyxia attunement until we get more clarity on what "captured by Horde" means. Captured by horde for months on end? How is this possible?
