suggestion: Reduced load timer

I wonder if it would be possible to reduce loading time, similar to what the addon "ntmysFixLoadingTimes" does.

it removes unnecessary event's in order to effectively reduce load time, i have only tested it on Emerald dream and it effectively shaves 20-60% of load time depending on where so i was wondering if it wouldn't be more effective if the server itself did this rather than using an addon for it

also i was wondering if you have found a fix for the /reloadui command which since vanilla had a simple bug, everything except pet action bar was reloaded when it was used.

hmm ok

but what about the /reloadui command that you can use when reloading addons and such ?
all private servers so far have the same bug with it:
1: pet action bar disapears after the reload
2: it also reload's chat so everything before the reload is wiped

Pet bar appears after reload UI. The second case is AFAIK intended to work like that.
