Alliance <Synced> - EU Progress Guild

We are currently looking to fill up our roster with quality players of every class who can pull their own weight in raids and are looking for a smooth, fun raid environment.

We are especially on the lookout for:

1 Fury Warrior

1 Healing Priest

1 Shadow Priest

1 Mage

1 Warlock

1 Hunter

1 Rogue

1 Paladin

There's always room for players who share our passion for performance.

We're only considering players who are willing to put alot of effort into their character(s), who can contribute to a guild that's fighting for the upcoming server first kills, as we've done successfully for the previous ones. We hold 38 Server First Kills, including Ragnaros, Nefarian and C'thun.

Please bring a nice drama free personality and attitude. We're looking for teamplayers, not for individualists!

An update.

With Naxxramas soon to overshadow the Eastern Plaguelands, Synced aims to gear up a few more players for our progress setup.

If you are looking forward to hit the ground running the very evening Naxxramas will be released with a crew hungry to be at the forefront of progress, we're your best bet!

You will not only have a headstart over everyone else, but you will also be part of a team that is committed to raid Naxxramas for the longest period of time, gearing ourselves in the iconic loot to be found within its vaults.

We pride ourselves in being one of the most stable and competitive guilds on Kronos, as Synced has been around since Day One and has won every single progress race so far.



For many of us, the Classic version of Naxxramas is emblematic for World of Warcraft raiding and we are very much looking forward to step inside this citadel once more. Doing it as part of a team where players contribute and appreciate each other more or less equally is a privilege and an integral part of what we believe is the MMO experience.

Thus, our recruitment is open to like-minded players no matter the level of gear or Class, yet you will contribute the most to our current setup if you main a Holy Paladin, Restoration Druid, Warlock, Rogue or Fury Warrior.

We are still in need of a Restoration Druid and some Melee DPS (Warrior/Rogue) to improve our current raid setup!
Exceptional players are always encouraged to join aswell, no matter the class!

This January update continues to remain relevant.
Please read it carefully to understand the type of guild we are and the sort of player we believe would best fit in Synced.


Like-minded, long-term players should consider us, no matter the Class, as we plan to keep going for as long as Kronos will allow it once Naxxramas progress ends /fingers crossed for the TBC Realm Chero promised to release
That said, to the above list of Classes that would currently contribute the most to our setup, we now add the position of a very experienced, communicative Protection Warrior, which would allow one of our present Tanks to switch to Fury.

In exchange for your motivation, we offer you competence and stability, Synced being the only Alliance guild on Kronos 1 which has never failed in taking down Nefarian and C'Thun every single Reset since the day these were released, in August 2015 and August 2016, respectively.

The above is still valid, though we are now offering spots primarily to a Warlock and Rogue able to hit the ground running pretty much from the first few weeks.

That said, we continue to emphasize that first-rate players who put thought into their applications and have a good attitude will always be considered, regardless of Class or the gear of the Character they are applying on.

We are still looking to recruit new people of every role, from a tank to healers to dps - whatever you do, if you do it well and are a reliable, easy going player we want to get to know you!
