Tanking Addon Suggestions

I am interested to hear from some of you seasoned tanks out there what addons you use that assist you in tanking? I figure a threat meter is given; but if that is all you use, which threat meter do you prefer? Please provide a brief description of the addon and a safe download link (if all possible).

Also, are there any raid UI addons/formats that I should consider?


Note: I love minimalist design for my UI. Would prefer something that is efficient, but not too visually busy.
