Tavern music?

Oh now that I think of it, I wondered something about tavern musics. On ED all taverns (including BB and dwarven ones) have the same human tavern music. Is it because they hadn't yet made other tavern songs in Vanilla, or is it a failure on ED's part? What's it going to be on Kronos?

I will skip the tavern question as I am not able to answer it right now. As far as I know there was only 1 tavern song in vanilla wow. Someone correct me if I am wrong here.

You are right. The World of Warcraft OST just has a single tavern song, same as TBC OST, but a longer and updated version. There is not any extra audio in-game that is not on the OST. So just a single song for all taverns for both Alliance and Horde.

Maybe make it a suggestion to include extra audio for things like taverns from other expansions? I can't see any harm in it...There isn't anything else like taverns you could really include more audio for, none that I can think of anyway.

Hm, so all Alliance taverns had the same music, I see. I wondered if it were really that way in vanilla or if it was just a Feenix thing. I guess when more important stuff has been fixed, adding the new tavern musics from post-vanilla in the correct traverns could be nice

^and yes, Brill's an exception, it's got a very interesting music.

Gallows End was the exception. The original music for it was called Undead Dance. It is now just Gallow's End Tavern Music. In vanilla all Goblin and Alliance taverns have the same tune

This is the sound.mpq file viewed with an MPQ extractor.
There is one alliance track (split into two parts), one horde track (split into three parts) and one other track in the horde folder called undead_dance. As far as I know this track is supposed to play in the Brill inn "Gallow's End Tavern" only.
