I've had a ticket open for about 3 weeks now in-game, with no reply, so trying my luck here.
The issue is that the last quest in the Scepter of Shifting Sands is not working, it won't give credit when you kill the dragon. This is a known issue as all my guild mates who did the quest had the exact same issue.
However, they got in contact with a GM who helped them out.
The War Effort is closing in to completion and i'm getting ever more worried I will miss my Black Qiraji Mount because of a simple bug.
