This request may come across as a bit asinine, but as a server whose population is divided among both Euro and Americas it would cater nicely to those over the pond if the server time were adjusted to UTC-3:00
Blizzard's lighting/time of day effects are very dramatic and a big part of the world and the game- to the point where the environment and its objects are difficult to see in the darkness and the game plays differently. But it can be conflicting and a little disorienting when the world around you is so disparate to the one on screen.
If it were at all possible (and popular), it would be a nice middle ground to change server time to something like UTC-3:00 for time of day purposes.
Players use server time vs local time for scheduling internationally anyway so the actual number isn't as relevant and the time of day of the world would be more balanced across the player base. I throw this suggestion out there knowing well it's the last thing that needs to be addressed!
(ps. if there are any tweaks that someone knows about to change your time of day client side please pm)
