Made this for myself, maybe you'll find it useful.
Standings give rank points, but the amount varies depending on how many players got standing on that week, and how much honor was farmed overall. Therefore its impossible to predict exactly how much RP you're gonna get unless you get standing1 which always is 13k
The Rank points used for standing 2-12 are the average of observed results for the corresponding standings in the past.
So this is not a magic calculator, just gives some general idea of what to expect
