Totemic Focus talent does not seem to be working with all totems. I thought I noticed this not working while leveling so when I hit level 18, I paid special attention. I had 3/5 points in it and noted the following mana costs:
Earthbind Totem: 15
Stoneclaw Totem (rank1): 15
Searing Totem (rank 1): 15
Fire Nova Totem (rank 1): 80
When I put another point in Totemic Focus (so now 4/5), the only totem that had its mana cost reduced was Fire Nova Totem, which dropped down to 76 mana.
Has anyone verified that this talent is working at level 60 for all totems? Perhaps it is just not working properly with lower level totems.
