Ive just read the rules and they say no use of ip hiding, vpns, etc etc can be used. But some can be white listed.
I work in china more than half of my time, and a VPN is just standard for me else I cant work email, whatts app etc . I really want to join the community but this would be a fundamental issue for me. Im happy to provide my home IP details etc to one of the Admins if need be, but everything I have is wrapped up in vpns for work and use.
