Priest WAND - Shadow proc

Dear priests,

I would like to ask for proc of Blackout talent when you use shadow wand.

Yesterday when i play blackout proc from deadling shadow dmg from wand. But it does only one times per whole my playtime (6 hours) and hundreds of wand hits.

It should proc only from spells - https://vanilla-twinhead.twinstar.cz/?spell=15326

Did it happend to you sometimes ?
 
Could you please create a case regarding this it sounds similar to the mage case where fire grenades could apply their talent stun effect.

It would be especially appreciated if you got a screen of combat log ^^
