Shaman What race would be the best for a resto shaman or a shaman in general

noob question just asking. I do not want to reroll just in case i choose the worst race.

im want a tauren shawmen for the herbalism
but the troll shamen looks nice as well.
i am into pve

There are no herbs that require anything beyond 300. This +herb skill will only help you save about 30-45 minutes in the low levels until you can get 80/85 to get stranglekelp. In raiding the Tauren stomp has limited use, and is more for 5 man trash when you have an incompetent tank.

Troll has beserking for up to 30% faster casting of spells if used at the correct amount of HP. If you are 100% HP, still gives 10% buff. Many fights have raid damage and if you time this right, the 30%, hell even 20% spell cast increase will make your over-powered chain heal even more powerful.

If your concerns are PVE healing, this is a no brainer.
