Hey their i have a question.Windfury weapon gives u a 20% chance to proc another swing right?

If u talent elemenatal weapons in enhance tree,it says it increases windfury weapon effect by 40%.

So basically 20%+40% gives 60% chance to proc another attack?If that is true then thats insane.

My spriest has blackout and its a 10% proc and it procs every 10 attacks which is good since mindflay has 3hits combined with dot.

Are you sue it's not 140% of 20% (28%)?

it increases the attack power bonus

windfury weapon adds 2 extra attacks

windfury totem adds 1 extra attack

Found answer:20% to proc 2 attacks with windury wep.
The 40% u get from elemental wepons(3/3) gives u 40% more attack point bonus and not the chance.
