Hunter Wingclip and Nightfall proc

I heard there was a hunter on Kronos2 with Nightfall but I cannot track him down to ask questions. Perhaps between K1 and the unknown hunter on K2 there are some hunters who can answer my questions.

1. Does Wingclip spam proc Nightfall?

2. Is this Vanilla-like? (intentional?)

3. If you do not know please tell me who has a Nightfall so that I can ask them myself. (Assuming that does not break any rules.)

Wingclip will proc Nightfall and also Windfury and everything else. Enjoy.

You would be come debuff on a boss fight in theroy. Add more dps casters and this could be effective.
