Worgen riding trainer

Reached appropriate level to achieve "Running Wild". Says I need to speak to a trainer.

1. there is not a trainer in Darnassus that I can go to, to teach me riding?
2. many threads say you learn it automatically, yet when I click it it says "you cant do that here" in red, top center of screen.

Is this glitched or am I being stupid?
