Problem Interface Settings Problems

I can't for the life of me get my game to save 2 settings in the interface section.

I'm talking about the 2 settings shown above, I'm using MSBT addon to show combat text so I don't need the Blizzard ones, but for some reason everytime I restart the game those 2 settings always reset and turn on and I've tried everything I could think of to fix.
