Account Temporarily Suspended

Any idea why this happened? There was no multi-boxing or any rule violation whatsoever, after a few tries of logging in and getting the "incorrect account info" error this perplexing message saying my account has been temporarily suspended showed up. Whats going on?

1 hour is a bit harsh IMHO. For those who was unlucky enough to have Caps during the 1st attemp, wrong language during the 2nd and misprint during the 3rd - 15 minutes would be enough.

If you don't get your password right 3 times in a row maybe you need 1 hour to wake up.

but i see 1 big issue about this feature:
what if i know your account-name and i want to troll you?
i just enter a wrong password for you every hour.
