Alternative means of Character Re customization?

Request if we can implement an alternative way of Race Change/Player model re customization without relying on the upcoming new Account Manager and then eventually the introduction of this tool? There has been a lot of discussion in Kronos Discord on how other projects were able to manually re customize characters and how it is a highly desired request from the community. We fully understand that it is your overall interest to implement "Race/Model Change", eventually, with the introduction of the new Account Manager. We are approaching to the timeline of the "Kronos" server that it seems to be in peak interest of the team, admins and player base, to find an alternative and temporary way of providing this service. I hope reaches the appropriate personnel and is studied to make a healthy decision for the evolution of the server.

We'd love to be able to do it, but it's simply too much work to do on a consistent basis. It needs to be automated, which requires the account manager.
