Banned - Over and over again

Hello!

I made my account today, and I'm super excited to try this. But the problem is that everytime i try to log on it says my information is wrong and i get banned. I changed password, still the same problem. I know for a fact that the information is correct, but still i get banned for misspelling my info at login. can anyone help me?

maybe choose pasword with maximum off 8 letters (numbers)

You may experement with it a bit if you're interested and/or wanna protect your accout harder. Cause I have more symbols in my password than 8 More than 16 is not allowed indeed.
