Battleping (and others) allowed?

Hey all,

I just received the new code of conduct for Kronos and was wondering if programs like Battleping or WTFast are allowed?

I usually use them as my ping is quite bad (used for retail, Wildstar, GW2 etc...). Can I use them here or is it a bannable offence?
 
Bump! The latest rules are a bit confusing and I'd appreciate some feedback, thanks!

From what I read about Battleping, it works like a proxy to help you lower your ping. I don't think that's a bannable offense, because it's not a third party software that helps you to exploit the game in any way, it just improves your connectivity to the server.
