As far as I can tell, if there are a small amount of alliance players in queue (not enough to form a WSG), and also a 10 man premade in queue, WSG will never pop because the queue is waiting for those first 3 people to get in a game first. So what the 10 man premade has to do to get in a game is leave queue after they enter- when a few people have left the queue, WSG will pop for those 2-3 random alliance and everyone in the premade who hasn't left yet. Since they want to play with their premade and not randoms, they will leave queue and the other WSG will be 3v10. Then, because the randoms are in a game and not clogging up the queue, the premade will queue again and get instapop.
