I may be completely insane here, but I feel like I've heard that with a BRE (and possibly other 2h, I dunno) that it can be a dps loss to switch from your normal WW/BT/HS rotation even sub-20%? Anyone have numbers on this? Just pulled a BRE off rag today and need to optimize.

Yes it's a dps loss in most cases.

You need to take advantage of the fact that you can use 2 globals most of the time in between swings, i.e. BT/WW + Execute if you have 40/45+ rage (35/40+ with imp execute). if you have less rage than that, then hamstring if you're certain that you'll land the following execute before your next swing.

if you're somewhere around 2.1k ap, BT and perhaps WW will surpass 30/25 rage executes so it becomes a priority regardless of swing time.
