Can only report a bug if an authorized user?

Is there any other way if you think you have found a bug? I didn't find the issue i have in the bug report.
 
For Kronos it should be ok for non-authorized users to report as well. On other realms non-authorized users can only submit Global reports. Just check if you are browsing Vanilla Twinhead and not other expansions.

Remember that when you are on the Vanilla Twinhead page as Wiranri stated, you still have to log in with your forum account to be able to create an issue.
