Paladin Changes made to Paladin mechanics on Kronos

I've tested now how it works on Kronos but I don't know yet if the way it works here is intended or not. But apperently it's impossible to even get the Kronos Devs' standpoint on it, so we can't even discuss it.

I think I'll open a new thread and include all info.
