Disband quest, auto delete q-item

I've scoured the net with little to no results. Maybe i just suck at Googling.

Is there such an addon in 1.12.1?

That deletes the related quest item, to the quest you just disbanded.
If not, would it be relatively easy to do? Or even possible?
