How do you tie the paypal donation (which may use a different email than the one used on the Twinstar website) to the Twinstar account? Does the donate button on the "Donate Help" page mark which Twinstar account is donating?

I believe (98% sure) yes. But if I were you I'd use the same mail, just in case. Personally I used the same.

Why should they? it's a rare drop from ZG, which eventually will be released..

This is not Swift Zulian Tiger, it is Riding Tiger NPC. So you cannot use it as mount.

There is a unique link to paypal in Donate help so I guess it doesn't matter which email you have.
