download installation failing

Downloaded the torrent unpacked it with winrar etc
I can launch the game i log in it starts downloading.
75MB
Then the download is complete but i get the following error.

The file "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\World of Warcraft.temp\Account Billing.lnk.temp" could not be created. If this problem persists, please contact Blizzard Technical Support. (InstallerFile::Create)

and this one afterwards

The folder "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\World of Warcraft.temp" could not be deleted. (ConflictManager::UncreateObjects)

Anyone any solutions?

If you downloaded complete game (more than 5gb) and than exctracted it, at first u must change realmlist in folder where u extracted game. After thah you can run wow.exe
