Druid DruidBar Addons

Hey guys,
So I play a feral druid most of the time and I can't find a good druidbar addon that shows me my mana when im in forms. If anyone knows of one that works, or how to get the one that comes in the big pack of addons to work let me know. Any help would be great.

On a similar topic:
I'd be interested if any of the the addons which give you 4 centered ability bars, feature swapping them out depending on form, so I could save hotkeys.
